All-inclusive wedding celebration for South Jersey couple at The Waterfall

How The Waterfall Makes All-Inclusive Weddings Simple for South Jersey Couples

Planning a wedding from South Jersey is easier when the venue can handle the major details in one place. At The Waterfall, just across the Delaware region from South Jersey, we work with couples from South Jersey, Philadelphia, and across the region every season, and our process is centered on making wedding planning feel more manageable. You can make the key choices, then let our team guide the details.

The Waterfall serves South Jersey couples with all-inclusive weddings across two ballrooms accommodating up to 800 guests when combined, with in-house catering, lighting, and cake coordination handled by the venue while couples select their own photographer, DJ, and florist. Ceremonies can take place outdoors among fountains and a gazebo or indoors as a weather backup; the menu includes a cocktail hour with over 30 hors d’oeuvres and a four-course dinner, and outside caterers are permitted for Indian weddings and other cultural celebrations.

Planning Your South Jersey Wedding at The Waterfall

Every South Jersey couple has different priorities, from guest count to ceremony style. At The Waterfall, you choose your photographer, DJ, and florist, and we handle catering, lighting, and your cake. Two ballrooms, indoor and outdoor ceremony options, and a full wedding menu give you room to shape the day around your guest list and style.

Two Ballrooms Built for Different Visions

Our two ballrooms give couples two very different settings to consider. The Grand Ballroom is our larger space, with Roman Corinthian marble columns, crystal chandeliers, and a marble dance floor with lighting that can be adjusted for your event. Use of the Grand Ballroom Patio, which sits beside our signature waterfall, is included with the room.

The Cascade Ballroom leans on natural light and Tiffany accents. Custom arched French doors open into the room, and the dance floor is an oval cut from carved marble with draped ceiling accents overhead. Outside the Cascade Ballroom, manicured gardens give guests a spot for drinks, a ceremony, or a place to step outside during the celebration.

Your Ceremony, Indoors or Out

Our outdoor gardens include marble water fountains, columns, a gazebo, and a bridge, and many couples choose to say their vows out there before guests move through arched French doors into a rotunda with a handmade blown glass chandelier. From the rotunda, guests continue into a cocktail room with a skylight and an onyx stone wall behind the bar.

If the weather does not cooperate, your ceremony does not have to move off-site. We can host it indoors in the reception space instead, so a forecast does not have to change your plans.

A Menu Built Around Choice

Cocktail hour includes staffed culinary stations and more than thirty passed hors d’oeuvres. For dinner, some of our most popular entree selections include chicken, beef, and seafood options, with additional menu choices available depending on the package, plus dessert displays that are staffed rather than left as a simple table. Wedding packages may also include dessert displays and a champagne tower.

Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available for guests who need them. We use high-quality produce and meats throughout the menu and source locally whenever we can.

Vendors You Choose, Details We Handle

You pick your photographer, DJ, and florist, and we take care of catering, lighting, and your cake. We also allow outside catering for certain cultural or specialty weddings, including Indian weddings, when a specialized menu is important. That flexibility lets us support a wider range of families without asking anyone to compromise on food that matters to them.

Room for Every Guest List

Guest counts vary a lot from one wedding to the next, so we built our spaces to flex. The Grand Ballroom holds up to five hundred guests, and the Cascade Ballroom holds up to three hundred and twenty-five. For larger celebrations, the full property may accommodate up to 800 guests. This should be confirmed with our team during planning so the layout fits the event properly.

An Experienced Team Behind the Scenes

Our event coordinators work with you from your first tour through your last dance, and on the day itself, you will have staff such as a maitre d’ on hand to keep things moving. The Waterfall is part of an ownership group that has run other well-established event venues in the region for years, which is part of why our process stays consistent from one wedding to the next.

Conclusion

South Jersey couples have a lot on their plate when planning a wedding, and our goal is to take as much of that off your hands as possible. From the ballroom you pick to the menu your guests remember, every part of your day at The Waterfall is built around fewer decisions and less back and forth on your end.
